ASC was founded in 2026 — and that founding date is a feature, not something to hide. The firm is new; the expertise behind it is not.
Arroyo Sitework Consulting exists because landscape professionals deserve cost guidance from someone who has actually done the work — built estimates inside landscape divisions, reviewed bids under deadline, sat across the table from designers and owners, and felt the difference between a number that holds up and one that doesn't.
Armando spent his entire career inside the landscape and sitework construction industry before founding ASC. The firm is lean and senior by design: every engagement is handled with the judgment of someone who has spent over twenty years inside landscape construction.
The result is a consulting partner that bridges design, estimating, and construction — helping clients understand costs, identify risk, improve estimates, evaluate constructability, and make better preconstruction decisions.
